Maternity shoot
Capture the beauty and excitement of your pregnancy, and create lasting memories of this special time in your life where you and your baby share the same body. The best time to schedule your maternity shoot is between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy. This is when your bump will be most visible, but your energy levels are generally still ok and you'll still be comfortable enough to move around and pose for photos.
Newborn shoot
Blink and they're all grown up - it's not just a cliché, but especially true for your newborn baby. They are only that small for such a short time, and it's easy to forget this precious, raw, and intense time in your life when you're all caught up in the busy day-to-day life of being a parent. In a newborn shoot we will freeze time for a moment. We can schedule a session during the first days or weeks postpartum (the 'Kraamweek' in Dutch) - or whenever you feel ready.
Birth Photography
The birth of your child is one of the most significant events in your life. Having this moment captured allows you to relive, process and sometimes even heal this experience, serving as a visual reminder of the incredible strength, courage, and love that brought your baby into the world. To capture your birth I will be on call for you 24/7 from 38 weeks onwards. Please note that I only have very limited space to take on new clients. Motherhood Sessions
In Motherhood Session I will capture your pregnancy, childbirth, or other family moments. It’s a beautiful way of preserving those precious and often fleeting moments in your life and a tangible reminder of the unconditional love, joy, and connection that you feel towards your child.
Here’s what’s included in a session:
- A pre-session consultation call to get to know each other
- 1-2 hour photoshoot on location (not applicable for birth photography)
- A shoot guide with tips to prepare yourself for the shoot
- The option to use my client closet with kimonos & dresses
- A personal online gallery with hand-picked, edited high-resolution images for you to make your selection from
- Option to purchase additional photos

Book a shoot
When is the best time to book a shoot?
You can schedule a maternity or newborn photoshoot with me at any time that works for you. However, if you’re considering having your birth captured by me, please reach out to me to discuss availability, as my schedule for birth clients is limited. For a prenatal shoot, the ideal window is usually between 28 and 36 weeks, when your belly is most pronounced and you’re still feeling energized.
Location Options:
I can visit your home, or we can book a time slot at a professional photo studio. Alternatively, we can also go outdoors in nature. Please note that the cost of booking a photo studio is not included in my fee.
Outdoor Photoshoots:
For outdoor shoots, I prefer to take photos during the “golden hour”, which is either (really) early in the morning or late at night, depending on the season. This is my favorite lighting to work with, but can be hard to plan due to limited sunny days in the Netherlands. Weather conditions are beyond my control, so please keep this in mind when booking an outdoor shoot. I have limited availability, so we can only reschedule the outdoor photoshoot if the weather conditions are extreme (rain, storm, or thunder).
